Dreamwidth, hello dreamwidth

Apparently DW doesn't host images? Will I have to get my own hosting service. Will I have to use (shudder) Squidge? WILL I HAVE TO MAKE MY OWN HOSTING SERVICE. Much to think about in this internet 2.0 space.
